Six Steps to a Compelling Website

Step 1: Discovery

A client contacts Compelling By Design, LLC regarding their web project. We schedule an initial consultation to discuss project requirements.

Step 2: Proposal

We develop a proposal/estimate that best suits the client's needs and helps them to achieve their goals. The client reviews the proposal.

Step 3: Acceptance

The client accepts the master contract, the estimate, approves the work and submits a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the estimate. The client also provides all agreed upon written materials.

Step 4: Development

We commence work on the project and provide access to the client to view the on-going work and to provide feedback.

Step 5: Go Live

The client authorizes upload and settles balance. The site is made available to the intended audience.

Step 6: On-going Maintenance

We agree upon any regular maintenance that is required.
