Information Systems Experience.  Cindy has directed the development and implementation of a broad range of information systems, including financial (general ledger, payroll), student (admissions, registration, billing) and e-learning systems, for a major public university.

Web and E-mail Infrastructure Experience.  She has designed and coded a web infrastructure that facilitated the creation of more than 250 websites for departments, major events and major initiatives. She has also coordinated the implementation of a messaging (e-mail) infrastructure capable of supporting 90,000 email accounts.

Teaching Experience and Industry Contributions.  Cindy has taught technology courses for two major universities and delivered more than two dozen presentations to local, national and international audiences. She has received three national best paper awards, two chancellor's commendations and two best practice awards for "strikingly original work that applies emerging technologies" in service of the institution.
